Terms of Sale & License

These terms apply when you buy Freelance Cash Desk (the "workbook") from Big Sky Little Acorn, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Acorn Kits ("we", "us"). Buying the workbook means you agree to them.

What you're buying

A downloadable spreadsheet workbook (.xlsx) and its guide files, for a one-time payment. Stripe processes the payment. There's no subscription, and you won't be charged again.

Personal-use license

You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one freelancer or sole proprietor to use the workbook in their own business. You can edit it and keep as many copies as you need for that purpose.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, give away, or redistribute the workbook or its template files, whether edited or not, and you may not include them in another product. We keep all intellectual property rights.

Not tax, legal, or accounting advice

The workbook is an organizer and planning tool. It isn't tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice, it isn't an IRS form, and it doesn't prepare or file anything. Set-aside percentages, quarterly notes, and rate calculations are general guides you control. Check your own obligations with a qualified professional.

Provided as-is

The workbook is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for the data you enter and for checking formula results before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the workbook is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
